We were honored Wednesday to have college students and recent graduates visit the team at Fletcher Marketing PR for our 2^nd Annual Career Day.

These young women spent time learning what we do day-to-day, how our business operates and why marketing to women matters.

“Participants get to hear from professionals at all career stages - from intern to CEO,” said Kelly Fletcher, who founded the agency in 2007. “It’s one way we give back and help mentor the next generation of communications professionals.”

The idea to dedicate a day for students and new graduates came last year because of so many requests to visit the office, job shadow or go to lunch. Interested participants were invited for a fully immersive experience to learn more about what life in an agency is like. Many great questions were asked and resumes critiqued.
