That’s why our team at Fletcher is proud to recognize our amazing client, gDiapers, for their partnership with Every Mother Counts (EMC), supporting maternal health for expectant mothers around the world.

gDiapers Co-Founder Kim Graham-Nye & EMC Founder Christy Turlington Burns met back in 2011. Since then, they’ve been running and raising awareness together for EMC. On March 1, both women traveled to Tanzania to complete the Kilimanjaro Half Marathon and visit initiatives supported by the organization.

Inspired by the natural beauty and wildlife found in Tanzania, gDiapers and Every Mother Counts designed Gentle Giants gPants, featuring mama and baby elephant prints. Through the gDiapers partnership with EMC, gDiapers will donate 50 percent of its profits from the Gentle Giants gPants line to support Every Mother Counts.

Every two minutes, one expectant mother dies during childbirth, and 98 percent of these deaths are preventable with the right medical attention. However, not all women have access to certified doctors and hospitals. Through the new gDiapers and Every Mother Counts partnership, many mothers will be able to get the medical care they need, when they need it. As an agency that recognizes the influence and power of women and mothers, we love these two women’s missions to protect the health of mothers worldwide.
